Let’s face it, sometimes we just don’t have the motivation. After taking care of everyone else, we are exhausted when it comes to thinking about how to workout on our own. That’s where I come in! I will do the thinking for you. Through a positive approach, I will come alongside you to encourage you in your efforts, while offering the reassurance that taking care of yourself is totally worth it.
I offer a variety of personal training session options that will provide the experience that is right for you. No matter which package you choose, you will be feeling strong, agile and ready to take on new challenges you may not have thought possible.
Personal Training
By assessing your biomechanics, strength level, and movement patterns, I create programs designed to target your specific areas of growth and improvement . (In person or virtually via zoom)
Group Strength Training
If 1-on-1 personal training isn’t your jam or in your budget, I teach weekly strength training classes to help get you to your goals.
